A Mag 12 double barred spiral galaxy classified as SBa. This galaxy is a nuclear ring galaxy with intense star-burst activity in the faint ring (orange in this image) surrounding the core. Below in a HST WFPC2 image of the core area.
Also note the many globular cluster associated with this galaxy. Red shift distance is 44 Mly.
