NGC 672 (center left) is classified SB with a surface brightness of 13.4 and a distance of 19 Mly.
IC 1727 (upper right) is classified SBm with a surface brightness of  14.1 and a distance of 3.1 Mly.

IC 1727 and NGC 672 are interacting galaxies with IC 1727 showing more perturbation than NGC 672.   Note the separation of 16 Mly, either NED is in error on distances or they are not interacting.

Sohn et.al. (1996) catalogued 273 super massive stars in NGC 672 estimating their mass as 15-25 times solar mass each.
