NGC 7691 is classified as SBbc-R and appears to be a starburst galaxy undergoing some sort of perturbation.  The only image available on the net is the DSS image, I could not find any scientific papers on this galaxy.   Distance is 169 Mly.

Distance is 191 Mly.  Seeing and transparency was 3-3. 

This galaxy is obscured by the pervasive galactic dust
