A double ringed starburst galaxy with an Active Galactic Nucleus (AGN) classified as SO.   Starburst activity is occurring in the inner nuclear ring fueled by inflowing gasses and shock pressure generated by the AGN.  The nuclear ring is tilted with respect to rest of the galaxy and the inflowing gasses are counter rotating.

Distance is 59 Mly.
