Penryn, California
November 2002 and October 2005
FS-128G (ag, ST-4)
ST-10XME L20 minutes each, RGB 30 minutes each (2002 data)

A reflection nebula embedded in a much deeper field of dust and gas.  HII regions are visible in the right of the image.

This image is at the limits of my equipment given the light polluted nature of the night time sky in my immediate area.  Larger aperture and darker skies will show more extensive dust and Hll regions.
