IC 1291 is a classified SBbm/P.  Surface brightness is 14, size is 2'x1'.  Scientific data on this galaxy is scarce.
It appears as if the galaxy suffered an encounter that disrupted the core and caused distortion of the arms.

The galaxy at lower left is PGC 62124, the galaxy at lower center is not identified.
